Georgia Tour Packages

Hotels, your own car and driver-guide, for 1–8 travellers flying in from Dubai, the Gulf or anywhere else

Every package on this page is a private tour: hotels with breakfast, your own car or minivan with a driver-guide, and airport pickup and drop-off, for your group alone. You choose the dates, and we plan the first and last day around your flights.

Prices are per person for a group of 4 and come from each tour's own page. Two travellers pay more each, because the car and guide are shared by fewer people; larger groups pay less. Flights are not included, and each tour page lists exactly what is. Nothing to pay now: send us your dates and we confirm the plan first.

4–5 days: a long weekend or a short holiday

Travelling from Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh

What travellers from the Gulf ask us before they book. Visa and flight details change, so check them again before you fly.

Flights

Direct flights from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Tbilisi take about 3.5 to 4 hours, and from Riyadh and Jeddah about 4 hours. In summer there are also direct flights from Dubai to Batumi. We pick you up at whichever airport you land at.

Visa for GCC citizens

Citizens of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman need no visa for Georgia and can stay for up to one year.

Visa for UAE residents

Living in the UAE or another Gulf state on a different passport? For most nationalities, a residence permit valid on the day you arrive lets you enter without a visa and stay up to 90 days in any 180. Some nationalities need a permit valid for at least a year, or a visa. Check your passport with the Georgian embassy in Abu Dhabi or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before you book flights.

Travel insurance

Since 1 January 2026 every visitor to Georgia must have travel or health insurance for the whole stay, with at least 30,000 GEL of cover.

Halal food and prayer

There are halal restaurants in Tbilisi and Batumi, and both cities have a historic mosque: the Jumah Mosque in Old Tbilisi, below Narikala Fortress, and the Orta Jame in Batumi, built in 1866. Tell us when you send your dates and we plan meals and stops around them. Some tours include wine tastings; we leave them out if you prefer.

Families

A private tour moves at your family's pace: shorter driving days, a minivan for up to 8, and time at the hotel when the children need it. In winter there is snow in Bakuriani; in summer, the west and the beaches of Batumi.

Honeymoon

For couples: boutique hotels in Tbilisi, the mountains and Sighnaghi, a private sulphur-bath room and a car for just the two of you.

Guide language

English by default. A guide in another language, such as Arabic, is available on request; mention it when you send your dates.

Questions travellers ask

How much does a Georgia tour package cost?

Per person for a group of 4: $310–$670 for 4–5 days, $610–$1,175 for 6–8 days and $1,365–$2,025 for the longer tours, with hotels and breakfast, a private car and driver-guide and airport transfers. Flights are not included. Each tour page lists what is and isn't included.

Do UAE and Saudi citizens need a visa for Georgia?

No. Citizens of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the other GCC states can visit Georgia without a visa and stay for up to one year. Every visitor needs travel or health insurance for the stay.

I live in the UAE but am not a GCC citizen. Do I need a visa?

Usually not. For most nationalities, a UAE residence permit valid on the day you arrive lets you visit Georgia without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Citizens of 17 countries, among them Pakistan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Syria and Yemen, need a residence permit or visa valid for at least a year when they enter, or a Georgian visa. Rules change, so check your passport with the Georgian embassy in Abu Dhabi before booking flights. Georgia visa for UAE residents: the full guide

How long is the flight from Dubai to Tbilisi?

About 3.5 to 4 hours on a direct flight. Georgia is on UTC+4, the same time as Dubai.

Do Indian citizens need a visa for Georgia?

Indian citizens need a visa or an e-visa (evisa.gov.ge), unless they hold a valid visa or residence permit of a country on Georgia's list, such as the US, the UK, a Schengen state or a Gulf state; then they may enter without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180. Check your case with Georgia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs before you book.

Is halal food easy to find in Georgia?

In Tbilisi and Batumi, yes: both have halal restaurants. In mountain villages there is less choice, so we plan lunch stops in advance. Georgian cooking also has many dishes without meat, such as khachapuri (cheese bread), lobio (beans) and vegetable dishes with walnuts.

When should we go?

June to September is when every mountain road is open and the Black Sea is warm. Late December to March brings snow to Gudauri and Bakuriani. Spring and autumn are mild and quieter. Each tour lists its own season.

Can we change a package?

Yes. Every tour is private, so the dates, hotels, pace and stops can change. Tell us what you would like and we send you the adjusted plan and price before anything is booked.
