Private Transfers in Georgia

Your own car or minivan and driver, 1–8 travellers, from any airport to any town or resort

Georgia has three international airports: Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi. Whichever one you land at, we drive you straight to your hotel, ski resort or next city in a private car or minivan, with no shared shuttle and no waiting for other passengers. We also cover the long cross-country legs, such as Kutaisi to Mestia or Tbilisi to Yerevan.

Transfers are priced per vehicle, not per person: one price for a car with 1–3 travellers, another for a minivan with 4–6. The main airport runs have fixed prices, shown below. For any other route, or a larger group, send us your flight, date and number of travellers and we reply with the price. Nothing to pay now.

These are the routes people ask for most. Any other pick-up and drop-off in Georgia works the same way: tell us where from and where to.

How it works

  1. Send us the date, your flight number or pick-up time, where you are going and how many people and bags you have.
  2. We reply with the price for the whole vehicle and confirm the booking only when you agree. Nothing to pay now.
  3. Your driver meets you at arrivals or at your hotel and drives you straight there, with a stop when you need one.

Questions travellers ask

How do I get from Tbilisi Airport to the city centre?

The airport is about 17 km from central Tbilisi, 30–45 minutes by car depending on traffic. A private transfer takes you from arrivals to your hotel door, which helps with luggage and late-night flights.

How far is Gudauri from Tbilisi Airport?

About 135 km on the Georgian Military Highway, usually 2.5–3 hours. In winter the last part of the road climbs into the mountains, so allow more time after snowfall. Stepantsminda (Kazbegi) is about 35 km further, over the Jvari Pass.

Is the road to Kazbegi open in winter?

Most days, yes. Between December and April the Jvari Pass can close for a few hours or a day or two after heavy snow, so we check the road the evening before your transfer and tell you if the timing needs to change.

How much does a private transfer cost?

The price is for the whole car or minivan, not per person. The airport runs into Tbilisi and Batumi, and from Kutaisi Airport to Batumi or Tbilisi, have fixed prices, shown in the tables above. For any other route, send it to us and we reply with the price before anything is booked.

Can you drive us from Kutaisi Airport to Mestia or Batumi?

Yes. Kutaisi Airport is the closest airport to Svaneti: Mestia is about 220 km and 5–6 hours away, mostly on a mountain road. Batumi is about 125 km, 2–2.5 hours.

Do you drive to Yerevan?

Yes, Tbilisi to Yerevan is about 275 km and 5–6 hours including the border crossing. Bring your passport; some nationalities need a visa for Armenia.
