კახეთის გულში წინანდალი ცენტრში დგას ელეგანტური ჭავჭავაძის სასახლისა, სადაც პოეტმა ალექსანდრე ჭავჭავაძემ 1818 წელს ევროპული მევენახეობა შემოიტანა საქართველოში. გაისეირნეთ ინგლისურ ბაღებში, დაათვალიერეთ სასახლის მუზეუმი და ჩაეშვით სარდაფში, რომლის 1841 წლის ღვინის მარანი დღემდე ასხამს თავის განთქმულ თეთრ ღვინოს. კონცერტებითა და შემოდგომის რთველის ზეიმებით ის აერთიანებს არისტოკრატიულ ისტორიას ქართული ღვინის მხარის უბრალო სიამოვნებებთან.
