• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Geotour is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Liability

Geotour acts as an agent for the suppliers of the various services included in your tour. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these suppliers.

6. Health and Safety

• Travelers must be in good health and physically capable of participating in activities
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking
• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and tour operators

7. Force Majeure

Geotour shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
